Help us build the leading company in engineering of proteins?
We are in search of a new Member to the team of ProteraBio which will serve as a designer of proteins in our division of bioinformatics.
Among the main tasks you will have to implement new methods to design proteins, determine stability of structures and propose mutations to be evaluated in our laboratory by protein engineering team.
Your propertyfeatures
-Bioinformatics, Biotechnologist or biochemical engineer.
-Demonstrable experience in design in-silico enzymes/proteins.
-Experience in modeling of proteins: 'Ab-initio' and by homology.
-Ability to propose new methods to evaluate stability of structures.
-Familiarity with energy functions associated with the structure of proteins.
-Knowledge of setting (preferably in Python).
