Research funded by Fondecyt Regular project"A phospho-switch in Endothelin-Converting Enzyme-1c modulates aggressiveness of colorectal cancer cells"directed by Dr. Julio Tapia (ORCiD 0000-0003-1678-2708). The project includes research stays abroad.

Methodologies to be used: molecular biology (cloning, mutagenesis, PD, IP, aptamers), cell biology (transfection, lentiviral transduction), endo/ectopic expression of genes (RT-qPCR, WB, IHC), subcellular localization of proteins (confocal microscopy), tumorigenesis and invasion in vitro, tumor growth, metastasis in vivo in murine model.
