International philosophy of biology seminar

Tuesday, January 8 will be held a seminar international philosophy of biology in the University of Santiago of Chile, entitled manipulate and learn in biology: new perspectives on the epistemology of the life sciences.
The main theme of the meeting is the role of manipulation and experimentation in the obtaining of biological knowledge. Also will discuss philosophy in biochemistry, genetics, molecular biology and scientific practice in general.
