With four online activities, Museum of Chemistry and Pharmacy will be present on Heritage Day 2020

Our Museum of Chemistry and Pharmacy has had an important development in these years, which has been reflected in a significant number of actions, alliances and projects for the dissemination and strengthening of our cultural and scientific heritage.

In the online celebration of Heritage Day 2020, you will be present with 4 milestones to which our university community is invited to participate, together with their families and nearby groups.

From it, we invite all nearby institutions and friends to replicate the activities so that they can know the richness of our collections.

Heritage Day: #MuseoExperimental Workshop of the Museum of Chemistry and Pharmacy

As part of a new Cultural Heritage Day, the Museum of Chemistry and Pharmacy Professor César Leyton, makes available to the community, this time through its social networks, tutorials of simple experiments to perform at home in Challenge format, for children and parents to record and tag us during the weekend.

Challenges will be available on the Museum's Instagram, on May 29, 30 and 31, from 10:00 to 20:00 hrs. The best videos will be awarded.

As part of a new Cultural Heritage Day, the Museum of Chemistry and Pharmacy Professor César Leyton, will launch the digitization of the oldest book of the Heritage Library that it owns in its acquis.

This process of digitization has been developed in collaboration with SISIB, and that day will be available at the Digital Library of the University of Chile.
