Experience single-molecule experiments yourself

LUMICKS invites you to one of our practical hands-on workshop organized at our headquarters in Amsterdam, The Rockefeller University (USA) and ShanghaiTech University (China). Here you will, together with our application scientists, explore different state-of-the-art single-molecule applications of both our C-Trap™ Optical Tweezers-Fluorescence Microscopy and AFS™ Acoustic Force Spectroscopy technology.

We will perform hands-on experiments on visualizing DNA-protein interactions, measuringDNA polymerase activity and studying DNA mechanics, in real-time and at the single-molecule level. Besides, the workshop includes in-depth lectures on the latest developments and applications of the C-Trap™ and the AFS™. In case you are attending the workshop at our headquarters, you will also see a live demonstration of the AFS™.
