RESEARCH ASSISTANT
The Epigenetic Regulation group, led by Dr. Marcela Sjöberg, is looking for a highly motivated and trained professional in the field of immunology and studies with human samples to integrate an international team and contribute to the JAGUAR project: Mapping Immune Cell Diversity Across Latin America, funded by the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI). The main objective of the project is to investigate the impact of regional genetic diversity on the genetic regulation of immune cells and generate the first high-resolution atlas of immune cells for Latin America using omics approaches for the study of single cells (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics and epigenomics).
