SELECTION PROCESS OF AN ACADEMIC CHARGE TO CONTRACT IN THE DEPARTMENT OF FOOD SCIENCE AND CHEMICAL TECHNOLOGY OF THE FACULTY OF CHEMICAL SCIENCES AND PHARMACITICS
It is required to provide a Full Day Academic position in the Ordinary Career, under the Contract modality, in the Department of Food Science and Chemical Technology, of the Faculty of Chemical and Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Its functions will consist of:
  • Develop undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in the area of microbiology applied to food.
  • Implement and/or continue your work in the area of microbiology applied to food, through research projects, publications, congresses, management of undergraduate and postgraduate thesis.
  • Promote and develop research lines, in the area of Science, Technology and Food Engineering, specifically microbiology applied to food.
  • Participate in academic and administrative activities, from the Department of Food Science and Chemical Technology of the Faculty and specifically, for the area of microbiology applied to food.
  • Develop potential outreach activities by participating in scientific societies, commissions and/or representations at the Agency level, related to health authority, standardization, and other related activities.
