About This Webinar

The expression of recombinant proteins plays a pivotal role in the life sciences, with applications ranging from basic research to the production of biopharmaceuticals. Thus, it is critical to have an expression technology available that can provide suitable amounts of functional, high-quality recombinant protein in a reliable manner. In this webinar, our experts will discuss the key factors necessary for establishing and applying an efficient expression system based on Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells. Topics will include how to choose the best expression vector, host cell line, and selection system, as well as how to optimize the culture medium, growth conditions, and production process. Furthermore, we will highlight a variety of approaches to improve the productivity and reliability of CHO expression systems.
