View the second webcast in the ILSC 2015 series: Challenges of maintaining structure-function complexity of protein biologics

unnamed-1Presented live at the 24th Annual International Light Scattering Colloquium (ILSC), Dr. Joseph Arndt, Senior Scientist at Biogen, gave his Plenary Presentation “Challenges of maintaining structure-function complexity of protein biologics throughout the manufacturing process” on November 4, 2015.

Dr. Arndt presents a case study of a low-pH viral inactivation step leading to loss of efficacy, as an example of the complexity of maintaining structure-function of protein biologics at all stages of development and production. He highlights the utility of light scattering for early detection of structure-function abnormalities.
